Update: February

Important Updates Regarding Toll Transactions and Billing

Beginning February 20, Bay City Bridge Partners will activate auto-replenishment for BC-PASS customers who selected this account option. The auto-replenish feature will use the payment method saved on the account to pay any negative balance up to the balance threshold of $10. Refer to the FAQs located at baycitybridgepartners.com for more details on how auto-replenishment works. We strongly recommend customers log into their account and review their current balance.

In the coming weeks, Pay-by-Mail statements with balance due information will also be issued to customers who have traveled over Liberty Bridge without a transponder. These will be mailed to the address where each vehicle is registered and will include a special offer to reduce the bill to the lower transponder rate by creating a BC-PASS account for future travel over the bridges. The offer is only valid for transactions on the first invoice, and payment in full of the adjusted balance is required. Customers can visit 300 Center Ave, Suite 101 (open Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-4:30pm) or call 855-648-4330 (M-F 9am-7pm) to open an account and redeem this offer.

The following instructions are designed to help both BC-PASS and Pay-by-Mail customers. In addition, answers to frequently asked questions have been updated here.

BC-PASS Account Customers

City of Bay City residents with valid BC-PASS accounts and properly installed transponders driving Class 1 passenger vehicles will enjoy free tolling on Class 1 vehicles until 2028. Residents driving larger vehicles or pulling campers or boats that put them into Class 2 will have account balances due.

City of Bay City residents are strongly encouraged to review their accounts. The resident discount is applied to toll transactions associated with a valid BC-PASS account where a transponder is detected. Those who are eligible for this discount but have not established a BC-PASS account or failed to properly install the transponder in their vehicle are subject to receiving an invoice for their tolls.

BC-PASS account holders wanting to pay a portion of their account balance before auto-replenishment begins next week can do so online. Those who have questions or need assistance with payments are encouraged to stop in and visit the Bay City Bridge Partners Customer Service Center, 300 Center Avenue, Suite 101 (open Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm and Fri 8:30am-4:30pm) or call customer service at 855-648-4330 (M-F 9am-7pm).

E-ZPass account holders who have used Liberty Bridge with a compatible E-ZPass transponder should be seeing activity on their E-ZPass account.

Pay-by-Mail Customers

If you receive a Pay-by-Mail invoice, you can access your account information and make a payment using the information on your invoice to log on to
www.bc-pass.com.

We encourage Pay-by-Mail customers to reduce their bill by taking advantage a limited-time offer:

  • Create a BC-PASS account for future travels across our bridges, and Bay City Bridge Partners will adjust Pay-by-Mail toll transactions to the lower, BC-PASS rate based on vehicle class.
  • Offer only valid for transactions on first invoice, and payment in full of the adjusted balance is required.
  • Customers can call 855-648-4330 or visit 300 Center Avenue, Suite 101, to open an account and redeem this offer.
